We can help you with German Green Card application and are
pleased to include details of our step by step procedures below. Your
employee will need to meet the following requirements for a German work permit
under the ‘Green Card’ scheme:
A valid job offer with an annual salary of € 39,600, and an
IT related University Degree.
OR
A valid job offer with an annual salary of € 51,000 without
an IT related University Degree.
Please note that all salaries are in Euros as this is now the
official currency in Germany and almost all Countries of the European Union. You
can find the latest exchange rate details at the Universal Currency Convertor.
A German work permit can only be sponsored by a company or
company branch which is registered in Germany. For clients without such a German
Presence we have arranged for Sybersolve to use
their German subsidiary to act as local employer/sponsor. Sybersolve would also
payroll the candidates and handle their tax compliance. For these services
Sybersolve charges a fee which is a percentage of total billings in Germany.
Please see Sybersolve’s Corporate Services Brochure for more details of this. Where Sybersolve sponsors your German work
permit / German Green Card application(s) they pay workpermit.com’s
fees. You pay the agreed margin to Sybersolve.
Further details of the procedure:
workpermit.com can handle the whole application process
and guide you through the necessary steps. Our service fee for one German Green
Card is GBP 500 (plus 17.5% VAT for those resident in the EU). There are also
significant discounts depending on how many Green Card applications we deal
with.
