German Green Cards Procedure for Companies
with a German presence

employee will need to meet the following requirement for a German work permit
under the ‘Green Card’ scheme:
A valid job offer with an annual salary of € 39,600, and an
IT related University Degree.
OR
A valid job offer with an annual salary of € 51,000 without
an IT related University Degree.
Please note that all salaries are in Euros as this is now the
official currency in Germany and almost all Countries of the European Union. You
